Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on Windows/macOS systemsDocument user interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Participate in continuous skills development workshops
- Maintain knowledge base with updated troubleshooting guides
- Deliver exceptional customer service with SLA adherence
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy (email, browsers, file management)
