Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive IT training modules covering hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Document service tickets and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical issues
- Participate in weekly skills assessments and certification prep
- Adhere to cybersecurity protocols and data protection standards
- Assist with IT asset inventory and basic system maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- No prior IT experience necessary – training provided
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months
- Valid driver's license (for occasional client site visits)
