Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical problems
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
- Assist with network security monitoring and basic maintenance
Qualifications
