Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive paid training in AWS, Azure, and CompTIA Security+
- Provide Tier 1 IT support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Document technical procedures and troubleshoot network/system issues
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects
- Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to agile workflows
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for client responsiveness
- Stay current on emerging technologies through company-sponsored workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn technical concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license (for occasional client site visits)

- Must be authorized to work in the United States
