Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive 12-week technical training program covering network security, cloud platforms, and system administration
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote diagnostics
- Document technical issues and solutions using our IT service management platform
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Maintain security protocols and compliance standards for client systems
- Participate in continuous skill development through quarterly training modules
- Support hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance for client sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends for client support
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits
