Responsibilities
- Complete all modules of the paid training curriculum with a minimum 90% proficiency

- Observe and shadow experienced IT professionals during client interactions
- Contribute to team meetings with insights from training modules
- Complete certification exams (CompTIA A+, Network+) by program end
