Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to resolve hardware/software issues efficiently
- Assist in testing and deploying new software systems across company infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and create user training materials
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system optimization projects
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems
- Support data migration initiatives and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning meetings
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
