Responsibilities
- Assist the senior recruiting team in the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards and social media, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Update candidate information accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Represent the company at local career fairs and networking events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- No previous recruiting experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
