Responsibilities
- Execute manual test plans and test cases for new and existing software applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs accurately.
- Collaborate with the development team to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact.
- Communicate test results and status updates to senior QA analysts and project managers.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and agile sprint planning sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Must be willing to learn and adapt to new software testing tools and methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot minor inconsistencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet navigation).
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site.
