What You Will Do:
As a Junior Associate, you will work under the guidance of senior mentors to support our technical infrastructure and client solutions. This role is designed to build a foundation in software engineering and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Receive structured, hands-on training in software development and troubleshooting.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of company web applications.
- Analyze user feedback and technical data to improve system performance.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new software features.
- Document technical processes and update project logs accurately.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and agile development meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- No prior professional experience is required; we provide the training.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and programming languages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with the internet.
