Responsibilities
- Code Implementation: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers using modern programming languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
- Feature Development: Assist in the design and development of new features for our client-facing web applications and internal tools.
- Testing & Debugging: Participate in the testing lifecycle, including unit testing and integration testing, to identify and resolve bugs efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to our knowledge base to ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate technical requirements into functional solutions.
- Code Reviews: Engage in peer code reviews to provide constructive feedback and learn best practices from colleagues.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Foundational Knowledge: Solid understanding of core computer science concepts including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, Java, or C# preferred) and basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
