Responsibilities
- Collaborate: Work in agile teams to develop high-quality software and web applications.
- Learn: Participate in daily training sessions covering coding best practices, algorithms, and system design.
- Debug: Assist senior developers in identifying, analyzing, and resolving software bugs and technical issues.
- Document: Write clear, concise technical documentation and code comments.
- Support: Provide basic technical support for internal clients and participate in code reviews.
- Testing: Assist in writing unit tests and performing quality assurance checks.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attitude: A strong desire to learn, a growth mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or willingness to learn programming languages.
