Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to remote customers via chat, email, and phone.
- Log and document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the internal CRM system accurately.
- Diagnose and resolve common software and hardware issues for our client base.
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure complex queries are handled efficiently.
- Stay current on product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable home internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
