- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior support team to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Assist in testing new software updates and providing feedback to the development team.
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
