Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to improve internal processes.
- Perform routine system checks and backups to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
