Responsibilities
- Complete intensive technical training modules covering IT infrastructure, system administration, and security protocols
- Participate in hands-on labs and simulations to troubleshoot network issues and deploy software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real-world IT projects under supervision
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles for internal use
- Prepare for and earn industry-recognized certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support)

Qualifications
