Responsibilities
- Monitor server performance and network traffic to ensure 99.9% uptime during night operations.
- Respond to incoming tickets and resolve basic technical inquiries from clients efficiently.
- Perform routine data entry and system backups as scheduled.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team via shift handover reports to ensure seamless continuity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Identify potential system issues and escalate them to the senior engineering team promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn new technologies.
