No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive hands-on training, mentorship, and certification prep. Upon completion, you'll transition into a full-time IT Support Specialist role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.
Our 12-week program covers networking, cybersecurity fundamentals, cloud technologies, and system administration. You'll work with cutting-edge tools and gain real-world experience through simulated projects. Responsibilities
- Complete 12-week intensive IT training curriculum covering networking, security, and cloud technologies
- Participate in hands-on labs and simulated enterprise environments
- Achieve CompTIA A+ and Google IT Support Professional certifications
- Develop troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams on real-world IT projects
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Shadow senior engineers during production deployments
- Present final capstone project to executive leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, internet navigation)
- Ability to commit to 40-hour training schedule
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Background check and drug screen required
