Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems

- Collaborate with senior IT staff on network security protocols
- Participate in paid training modules covering Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms
- Assist with asset management and inventory control
- Develop basic scripting skills for automation tasks

Qualifications
