Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 150+ workstations
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems with imaging tools like SCCM
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Document technical procedures using ITSM platforms (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate on network infrastructure projects with senior engineers
- Conduct user training on new software implementations
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware/software concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- CompTIA A+ certification (provided during training)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must start training within 2 weeks of hire
