Responsibilities
- Complete 12-week intensive IT training program covering networking, security, and cloud fundamentals
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
