Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows/macOS, network connectivity, and cloud applications
- Document all incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems following ITIL best practices
- Assist with hardware setup, software installations, and security protocol enforcement
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations and infrastructure projects
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement initiatives
- Participate in ongoing skills development through our training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred but not required)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
