Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures

- Support cloud migration initiatives and cloud-based services

Qualifications
