Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive IT certification training program (40 hours/week)
- Provide tier-1 technical support for internal systems and client networks
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using industry-standard tools
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in cross-departmental IT initiatives
- Maintain security protocols and compliance standards
- Support end-users across Windows and macOS environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
