Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems and network infrastructure
- Participate in immersive 12-week paid training covering CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications
- Document IT solutions using ticketing systems and knowledge bases
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Maintain security protocols for client data and network environments
- Shadow senior technicians during on-site client visits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation

- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
