Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with hardware setup, software installations, and system diagnostics
- Document IT issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex network infrastructure tasks
- Conduct routine system maintenance and security updates
