Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Monitor network security and respond to alerts
- Participate in cross-departmental IT initiatives
- Complete certification training during onboarding period
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting aptitude
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for weekday training (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
