Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 200+ workstations
- Deploy and configure Windows/Linux systems using SCCM and Ansible
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Assist with network monitoring using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cloud team on Azure/O365 integrations
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associates degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Linux command line
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment deployments
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
