Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist end-users with account setup, password resets, and software installation.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in the help desk system.
- Perform routine maintenance and inventory checks on weekends.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement system improvements.
- Respond to email and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Willingness to obtain industry-recognized certifications (we provide training).
