Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Assist users in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- System Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications for new hires and office equipment.
- Network Assistance: Support local area network (LAN) operations and help maintain a secure IT infrastructure.
- Help Desk Support: Respond to incoming support tickets and provide timely, friendly technical assistance via phone or email.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system issues, resolutions, and user access requests.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems is preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems.
