Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations and peripherals.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT support tickets via our helpdesk system.
- Support the deployment of new software updates and security patches.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized IT equipment storage area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
