Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior team on cybersecurity best practices
- Train end-users on new technologies and system updates
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Assist with software deployment and patch management
- Support office equipment setup and maintenance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent technical certification
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

- Valid California driver's license preferred
