Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and security protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person support
- Assist with data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity best practices
- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives and training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud applications

- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience (a plus)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
