Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate logs of support tickets.
- Collaborate with the IT team to deploy new software updates and security patches.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and IT best practices.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and obtain relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
