Responsibilities
- Provide excellent technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Maintain and update computer networks, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor system performance and report any technical issues to senior IT staff.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on company equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- No prior professional IT experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Basic computer literacy and understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
