Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance and implement security best practices
- Deliver exceptional customer service via ticketing systems and live chat
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support (rotational)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
