Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including switches and routers
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Conduct user training on cybersecurity best practices
- Assist with cloud service implementations (AWS/Azure)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on IT internship or helpdesk experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent knowledge)
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours
