Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems including Windows and macOS.
- Assist in the setup of new workstations, printers, and network peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of help desk tickets and issue resolutions.
- Monitor network performance and assist in resolving connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement system improvements and security protocols.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software and internal tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with basic computer components, operating systems, and network concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we support training).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
