Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document IT processes and maintain asset management databases
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts proactively
- Deliver user training on new technologies and best practices
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced government-regulated environment
- Valid US government security clearance eligibility
