Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage user accounts and access permissions across systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux workstations
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Assist with network monitoring and basic security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex incident resolution
- Support hardware refreshes and system upgrades
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional off-site visits)
