Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Respond to and manage IT help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct system backups and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical challenges and implement solutions.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
