Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist with network setup, maintenance, and basic security configurations for office infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Conduct regular system updates, patch management, and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows & macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
