Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, printers, and software applications.
- Manage and track IT service requests using our ticketing system.
- Assist in maintaining the security and integrity of our local area network (LAN).
- Perform regular system backups and data recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement new software upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- High school diploma or GED required.
