Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of network peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and password resets.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system reliability and user experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
