Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of workstations and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT issues, resolutions, and asset inventories.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify system improvements and implement new technologies.
- Respond to incoming support tickets via email and phone in a timely manner.
- Perform routine system updates, patch management, and security checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Eagerness to obtain industry certifications (CompTIA A+ training provided).
