Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop environments.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Active Directory.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate logs of system issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN) and hardware peripherals.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
