Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and security patching.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs for all IT assets and equipment.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
