Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex problems
- Assist with network security protocols and data backup
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone/email/chat
- Participate in IT asset management and inventory control
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS)
