Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/MacOS systems and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security protocols
- Assist with onboarding new employees and equipment setup
- Participate in after-hours rotation for critical system monitoring
- Continuously update technical knowledge through company training programs
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and cloud platforms
- Customer service mindset with excellent verbal/written communication
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the United States
