Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for employees in a fast-paced environment.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person to ensure high user satisfaction.
- Monitor network performance and perform routine system maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the internal ticketing system.
- Assist in system upgrades and software deployment across the organization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy with a strong understanding of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux).
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and IT methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
